Laura
Erickson has lived in New Mexico for over
20 years. Laura met her husband Randy in
high school choir. She has sung in church & college
choirs, the MIT Women's Chorus, and
the Sangre de Cristo Chorale. Laura received
a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from
Western Illinois University. While her children
were young, she directed the Joy Singers
(K-2) at The United Church of Los Alamos.
Currently, Laura enjoys quilting, co-directing
(with husband Randy) a high school mission
trip to Mexico each spring, and babysitting
(and photographing) her grandchildren - Jayme,
4 and Justin, 2.
